WHAT WE OFFER

CUSTOM MADE FOOT ORTHOTICS

Custom foot orthoticsCustom foot orthotics are used to treat conditions such as plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, bunion pain, achilles tendonitis, patellofemoral pain, Sever’s disease, and more.

“[They] are medical insoles worn inside footwear. They are designed and manufactured based on a specific individual’s feet and footwear in order to address a need determined during a clinical assessment by a qualified footcare professional.” (PAC definition)

To start the process, the pedorthist completes a thorough assessment to determine what style and materials will be used in the orthotic in order to meet the patient’s needs. A 3D cast of the foot is created using a foam impression box or plaster bandages. This cast creates the custom made foot orthotics, which are manufactured on site. Because of our onsite lab, most adjustments can be completed during the length of an appointment.

If you are a new patient, appointments are 45 minutes long.
If you are an existing patient, appointments are 30 minutes long.
For the appointment, please bring any prescription from your doctor, shorts or pants that roll over the knees, a couple shoes you wear most often, and any existing orthotics if applicable.
