Orthopaedic shoes contain features to properly fit those hard to fit feet. Some of these important features are multiple widths, extra depth and a removable insole. With these features, we can help determine which size and shoe would be best for your comfort.
Pedorthists are trained to fit your shoes properly and find the best features for each individual.
As pedorthists, we will find the right fitting shoe that fits your needs.
Shoe Modifications
In some cases, shoe modifications may be beneficial. We complete these modifications on site in our lab. Examples of modifications include, but are not limited to:
- Shoe lift (for a leg length difference)
- Shoe stretch
- Rocker sole (curved sole)
- Shoe wedge (angle the shoe to the side)
- SACH heel (cushioned heel)
