For new patients, an initial consultation with a treatment is offered for a 60 minute appointment.
For existing patients, treatments are offered at:

45 minutes
60 minutes
75 minutes
90 minutes
A specific hand and/or foot massage can be booked for a 40 minute treatment.
Common reasons for booking a massage:
- Pain management (fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, etc.)
- Superficial lymphatic drainage (reduces inflammation and swelling)
- Relaxation
- Back and pain neck
- Digestion
The lotion used is paraben free, unscented and hypoallergenic (BodyBest Original Massage Lotion with Aloe & Vitamin E). There is also an unscented vegan lotion available (Sacred Earth).
